Aglaonema, commonly called the Chinese evergreen, is a very robust and upright grower. The thick waxy leaves can serve as a great landing pad for frogs and small lizard. Aglaonema will readily form small plant-lets around the main growth point which will turn into an impressive group of plants over time. Cutting can easily be taken from these plants and used elsewhere in the same setup or another down the road. There are a variety of beautiful variations and color patterns in the market today.
